Let me just start by saying this—the proof is in the pudding, and I am the pudding. I’ve lost over 50 pounds in under 6 months, and 20 of those pounds came off in just 8 weeks. Not because I found some magic pill or starved myself—but because I built a program that pushed me out of my comfort zone and simplified my nutrition without sacrificing real, good food.
